Doma Forum Consulting is providing consulting services to create and design specific banking products for SME clients (both in urban and rural areas). It also specializes in training experienced and non-experienced loan officers.

Doma Forum Consulting was founded in 2005. Owners of the company are Romanian consultants, with a seven years experience in a "down-scaling" Program financed by Kreditanstalt fur Wiederaufbau and by the German Government aiming at contributing to the development of the Romanian SME sector. Until now, we have been offering our technical assistance to seven Romanian banks. Our consultants are covering the partner banks network all over the country, training loan officers, working with them and supervising them. Periodically, we organize training seminars for the new loan officers.

The success of our work is the result of our experience in adapting loan procedures and techniques of different banks for different segments of small and medium enterprises. During the last 7 years we selected, trained and supervised over 300 loan officers who are now employees of the Romanian Banking System, working as loan officers, chief of the credit departments in the branches or in the head office, branch managers, etc. The loan officers are train to attract clients, to offer them the best solution to finance small and micro businesses. Our consultants are managing impressive portfolios in our partner banks and both - the quality of the services offered to the clients and the quality of the portfolio are excellent. The credit procedure is following the clients' needs: it is not time consuming, clients do not need to bring the business plan, - the loan officer is doing all the work based on specific credit technologies.

During the last 7 years, we have been offering our services to seven banks from Romania and other financial institutions from Russia, Chad, Bangladesh, France, and Germany.

Due to our achievements in the last 7 years, we can use our experience to create new products with specific techniques and work procedures, for the SME and their financial needs to develop the business. We can provide professional training for loan officers and evaluation of the specific market in different parts of the country.
